I do not store credit card details nor do I share customer details with any 3rd parties. My computer is located in a safe place where I keep all records of my work. My computer is locked when not in use and password protected.

I do not send emails or phone messages to groups so your email and phone number will not be used for anything other than direct correspondence with myself. Any emails sent will be automatically deleted after 10 days.

If you wish for your records to be destroyed or deleted at any point please send me an email located in the contact page and this can be done no problem. The payment system is encrypted, and none of the details are saved anywhere. It has been tested many times and is safe.

I use PayPal only as it is a trusted means for global financial transactions. If you don’t have it, it takes 5 minutes to set up.

This site is aimed at adults over 18 years old.

Only through parents supervisor do I work with children and I’m happy working with children under these guidelines.

2. Payment Flow and Delivery Policy

• Payment to be made at the time of booking. Delivery will be at the date and time booked.

3. Refund / Cancellation Policy

• Full payment is non-refundable for sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice, for one-off sessions or a Soul Evolution Evaluation.

4. Block Bookings

• I have a strict no cancellation policy for block bookings. If you are receiving ongoing support from me and are sick or can’t make a session, then I can offer a Distant Healing session to replace the face-to-face or online session. I send the report via a WhatsApp voice recording.
• These sessions are for you only and can’t be transferred to another person.
